General conditions of sale

Exchange and reimbursement :

If you would like an exchange or reimbursement, contact us within two weeks following reception of your order.

All of the items must be returned, at your cost, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Reimbursement will be processed upon reception of the merchandise. If your order arrives damaged, send us photos of the product and packaging as soon as possible. We do everything possible to ensure perfection, but mistakes may happen. If this is the case, do not hesitate to contact us. It will be our pleasure to find a solution. Personalized orders cannot be reimbursed. Please note that we are not responsible for reimbursing you and resending items in cases where the wrong address is provided. Please carefully verify the information provided prior to submitting your order

Delivery :

All items are sent within 3 to 5 days following reception of the order.

Delivery times for items that are pre-ordered may vary. We will keep you informed if this is the case. Products are packaged with care, in a rigid envelope. All deliveries are handled by Canada Post. Delivery times vary between 3 and 10 business days within Canada, and 6 to 15 business days outside of Canada, depending on the method of shipment selected. There may be additional delays depending during the holiday season.
